OK. So you’re teed off about something and rightfully so. But, you gotta ask yourself how well the ”mad time” is serving you. It’s probably not serving you well at all, right? And, isn’t it distracting you & stressing you out? Well, YOU control how you feel, don’t you? Shake it off already*! Go for Positive!
*Side note: It so helps to do a physical shake of your own body to shed the bad/mad/unwanted feelings–Try it!

Got butterflies in your tummy as you’re ready to speak in front of a crowd of any size? No problem. Maybe all we need to do is reframe what those butterflies mean. Let’s choose to believe that the butterflies are a reminder to take flight… into a new world where, if we push through our comfort zone, and continue to practice, we’ll gain a new skill, and confidence to boot. Go for Positive!
