Huh? Is it ok to say No? Yes, yes, yes! Are you overloaded already, simply do not want to participate in something that’s being requested of you, and/or you need to protect your mental health? Then, absolutely say NO to requests. No apologies necessary. Here’s some doable “NO” responses to requests: “I’m sorry, I can’t make it.” “I’m sorry, I’m not available to assist.” You do NOT need to justify your “No.” You can do it. Say “No” when you need to. Go for Positive!

So a thought pops in your head and you dwell on it…you frown thinking about it…you let it suck you down. NO! STOP! You can CHOOSE to flip that thought around. If it’s not serving you well, chuck it! Now! Flip it to a better, more positive one…one that has light (not darkness), one that serves to better you (not drag you down). It takes practice. So, practice. You’ll get the hang of it.
