Are you living in the present? Seems like the answer is so obvious… an automatic “YES,” right? But are you, really? Most of us want to enjoy what is going on now, but we find ourselves thinking about what’s next on the “to do” list instead. So, we never fully enjoy this very present moment. Let’s be conscious of this moment and practice being present minute to minute, hour to hour. We can do it! Go for Positive!

Ever walk into a place and there’s groups of individuals chatting? How’s the vibe? If the vibe is good, hang out; but, if it’s not, walk away and join another. No need to subject yourself to anything less than what’s good for your soul. Go for Positive!

Ditch what? No we’re not talking about class. We’re talkin’ about any bad habit. It’s about improving ourselves, right? If it’s working, keep it. And, if it’s not, ditch it! Go for Positive!

So, it’s been said that how we say things can make a difference in what we get (or don’t get) in our lives. For instance, when we harp on the negative, or just pose sentiments using negative wording, that is what we get. For example, saying, “I don’t want to be in this shitty relationship” might sound right to you at first, but the universe “hears” shitty relationship and gives you more of the same. So, instead, saying, “I want a loving relationship” has a positive tone to it and the universe understands what you want, not what you don’t want, putting in motion a better likelihood of exposing you to a loving relationship. Do you believe it? Words really do matter. Why not use more positive language? The universe just might reveal kinder, better things to ya! Go for Positive!
