With all that requires your attention, consider putting your mind into neutral. It can take some real commitment to make yourself just be; just sit; just block out; just put it into neutral. You can do it! Keep it in neutral for as long as you can. Go for Positive!

Take notice of how you interact with people. Where you’d like to improve on that interaction, take a small step toward making that improvement. Those small steps add up! And, Happy Thanksgiving! Perhaps during the Thanksgiving setting, while gathered with loved ones, you might find it’s a perfect place to start! Go for Positive!
