Could you use a pick-me-up? Give nature a try. While out in nature, deeply inhale positive, happy thoughts & exhale anything you view as negative in your life. Inhale good. Exhale bad. Connecting with nature is connecting with your inner-most soul self. Go for Positive!

Think of a dozen Higher Self qualities you would like in your friends. Then pick up the mirror and begin developing these qualities in yourself.” Great advice, wouldn’t you say? Go for Positive!

Don’t you love when someone shares a story or message with you that not only resonates; but you draw on it when needed? I rarely commit many sayings to memory; however, this particular one is holding real estate in my memory bank, and I believe you might get some benefit from it too. That is, “What you focus on expands.”  Go for Positive!

One of the best things I love about life is that there’s ALWAYS more to learn, even, and maybe even especially, from children. I noticed that one of my godsons would always not only posture himself as a winner whenever he played boardgames with people, but he would declare himself the winner just before starting the game. Yes, his chest would puff out and he’d say, “I’m going to win.” And, yes he would win, just about everytime. He’d affirm the outcome in his favor and would make it happen.  And, I don’t know that he was necessarily the better player; however, he saw himself as a winner and would act accordingly to get a successful outcome for himself. I love watching him in action to this day. And, now that he’s growing up, he continues to feed himself messages using language that works for him. I must admit that this kid has taught his godmomma (me), a thing or two, especially declaring a desired outcome in advance. And, lucky me, I get to not only be one of his many teachers; but learn from him as well. Go for Positive!
