Could you use some relief from challenges in life? I was recently reminded that when feeling down, find a thought that gives you even the slightest feeling of relief. From that slight relief feeling, find another thought that now gives you slight relief from that new feeling. Keep moving for slight relief from each level of where you are in your challenged spot. Keep moving UP in feeling relief. Yes, it’s a process. So be easy on yourself if it takes a bit of time to move from your lower relief spot to a higher level of relief. You’re getting there! Go for Positive!
