RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES ( Except Books )
We want you to be satisfied with your product order.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery date of your order. Returned merchandise must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered/unused with all original tags attached. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges on returned items. Please click here to download our Returns Form. The Returns Form must be filled out and returned with your item to receive credit or to exchange an item. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the Returns Form.
You will be refunded your money via the same payment method you used when purchasing the merchandise. Your refund will generally take up to 10 business days. Your refund will be the amount paid for the returned item(s) less any shipping or handling charges. If you paid by credit card, the same credit card used to purchase the items will be credited the refund amount of the returned item(s), less the shipping and handling charges.
BOOK RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES

All books must be in NEW condition as when sent with no signs of wear.
We are not responsible for shipping/postage charges.
Refunds will be in the same payment method, less any shipping/postage fees.
